EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Returns / exchanges are strictly reserved for cases of size exchange, product defects, damages or mistaken delivery.
  2. Please contact our Admin via WhatsApp at +60166295202 or +601139800301 for all matters regarding returns and exchanges.
  3. Please be informed that we are able to offer exchanges for THE SAME ITEM, COLOUR AND SIZE only. All exchanges are subject to stock’s availability.
  4. In the event that the size you require is no longer available, only then you are allowed to exchange your item with another colour or design with the same price or higher, with added payment. If the price of the item that you are exchanging is lower than item than you purchased, we will not be issuing any refund to match your purchased item’s price.
  5. We will also not issue a refund should you not find anything else to your liking.
  6. Only regular priced items are exchangeable within SEVEN (7) days from the date of parcel receiving (for online purchase) with the presence of original receipt or screenshot of order email.
  7. Item(s) must be return unworn, unwashed an unaltered condition. We will not accept item(s) that has had the shoulder pads removed.
  8. Strictly no exchange for any type of promotional item(s).
  9. We will not attend any exchange request based on the following reasons:
  • ‘’I changed my mind’’.
  • ‘’I don’t like the design’’.
  • ‘’I want to change to another colour’’.
  • ‘’I don’t like the material of the product’’.
  1. Once both parties have agreed on the exchange, we will not entertain any other ensuing requests such as refunds.
  2. For the exchange of sizes, the cost of delivery will be borne by customers. Customers must notify the admin on the postage made. Should the admins not receive any tracking number for the parcel within THREE (3) days of the last conversation between the customer and the admins, we will cancel the reservation of the item(s) and release it back to our store/website.
  3. Postage for faulty/defective/incorrect item(s) will be borne by us.
  4. Please take note we do not accept any UNPAID PARCELS or delivery fee (DFOD) services offered by some courier companies. Any unpaid parcel will be returned to senders.
  5. We are not liable for the cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).
  6. Any exchange may only take place one (1) time per transaction.

 

REFUND POLICY

  1. Please be advised that we only offer refunds for LOST ITEM(S), OUT OF STOCK ITEM(S) AND INCORRECT ITEM(S). Refunds for other reason will not be entertained.
  2. You should expect to receive your refund within FIVE (5) working days from the date we were notified. This time period includes the time take us to process your return parcel (1-3 working days), and the time it takes from our finance department to your issuer bank to complete the refund (2-3 working days).

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be informed that we DO NOT ACCEPT cancellation for any order once payment has been made. If you have made a mistake in your order (example: chose the wrong size) or a typing error in your details (example: wrong address or phone number), please feel free to contact our Admins via Whatsapp at 016-6295 202 or 011-39800 301. We will be happy to assist you to edit your order.
